The air to air cooler kit was designed specifically for pneumatic dry bulk trailer owners that transport heat sensitive products such as plastic pellets, resins, sugar, etc... In the end, the system cools discharge air to ambient temperature BEFORE the air enters the tank.
The universal air to air cooler kit helps haulers to deliver the highest possible rate of undamaged bulk product to the their customers.
This air-to-air cooler is available as a universal kit that can install
to any pneumatic dry bulk tank, regardless of manufacturer. This
kit includes the heat exchanger, electric fans, insulating bushings,
fan switch, and thermometers.
There are two (2) different cooler configurations to suit your needs. (1) The 4-inch inlet and outlet tubes can be located on the same side as the fans, or (2) on the opposite side of the fans.
