Howdy, when you've been starting up money making activities and creating things since you were a kid, you've had a ton of first customers, and they all matter. It all starts with that first rascal. Here we go again. Now, it's the Residential Concrete Breaker. Let's see where it all goes! It's all very exciting for us.
The process to get to this place has been a joy, and I put all that I had and more into designing and engineering what is a simple machine for the end user. It had to be simple or I would not have gone beyond the idea. Ask me about the "Mulch Blower Trailer" if we ever meet. Great idea. Complexity exceeded usefulness.
The machine's operation is very simple: it's compact at only 32 inches wide and designed to fit through a backyard fence gate; it's electric-powered, so you plug it into a standard electrical outlet; it has a sturdy 60-inch hollow-pipe base frame connected to a 54-inch-high hollow-pipe tower; it rolls on six 10-inch orange poly wheels, two rear braked. Steps: (1) the 350 lb. steel striker is raised about 40 inches from the ground; (2) the free-drop latch system releases; (3) the striker falls onto the concrete and breaks it; and (4) the drop-and-catch latch system lowers and recaptures the striker and rises back up; (5) the machine is rolled backwards and away from the cracked concrete. Then you repeat until you're finished.

It's patent-pending mainly due to the wheeled mini cart frame design, the free-drop latch system, the 32x18x3-inch steel striker plate with free-drop plate system, the single-chain run instead of complicated multiple chain rollers, the chain-slack enclosure box, and other unique end-user-centric features. It's a miniature version of a giant rock hammer, just not designed to be one. It's a "breaker."
So, to my first customer, I say this: we will take care of you. Your machine will work marvelously. It'll be featured in all of our initial videos, pictures, and related materials; if we can feature you in one or more, we will. And you will always be the first on our CBUSA owners list. We will love and include you in our festivities and related activities forever!
Going first also means something to everyone who comes afterward. Every future owner will have a reference that you didn't: the first machine. They'll have your machine, your experience, and the photos and videos from your build to look back on. That's part of why the first owner will always have a special place with us. Everyone else gets to follow. You were willing to go first.
